4. All the products in our gift shop are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or guarantee of the seller.

Privacy Policy

The data you provide during the shopping process, as well as any other information subject to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997. Orders

1. Orders are received electronically after passing the required steps in our online store.
2. Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract, if provided by the Buyer to purchase data in the form is incomplete, incorrect or raise doubts as to their authenticity.
3. For each ordered product is accompanied by a receipt or invoice.
4. The products are delivered by courier or postal service Polish at the option of the customer.
5. When you receive a package, check the presence of the courier / postal worker status of packages, if any damage is visible, note down the complaint form (which is helpful in the complaint and may be the only valuable proof that buyers will be able to present ).
6. For all products with more than one model image of the product displayed outside card (page with a full description of the product) is a photograph of an opinion of one of the best models representing the product. On the product appear proper and full photos and specifications for each model.

Returns and Complaints

1. According to the Act of 2 March 2002 "On the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products" the customer is entitled to withdraw from a purchase made in our store for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
2. Returned goods will be evaluated for any evidence of use, possible damage, any damaged or missing the original packaging, absence of all elements included in the product. In case of default of the above items, our store may take a negative decision on the return of the product.
3. Return of the product please send us proof of purchase and instructions.
4. Reimbursement of the cost of the returned product must take place within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The sum will be credited to the account specified by the purchaser or other agreed method. Refund will not be subject to the cost of shipping the returned product to the purchaser.
5. Complaints will be accepted in the following cases:
- Technical defects in the goods
- Defects resulting from delivery
- Any other defect or non-conformity of the product or service unarisen buyer's fault
6. To your product, please attach proof of purchase and deliver a package to the address of our office. Once we receive your package and accepting the complaint shipping costs will be immediately credited to the account specified by the buyer or reimbursed in any other manner agreed.
7. Within 14 days your complaint will be considered and you will be informed of the outcome.
